This activity is jointly provided by the Utah Department of Health & Human Services (Office of Health Promotion and Prevention) and the Utah School Nurse Association.
Utah Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Health Promotion and Prevention, Healthy Environments Active Living program is approved as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the Colorado Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Criteria for successful completion: Participant must attend 100% of each day, and complete an evaluation to receive credit (to be awarded by day).
Nursing Continuing Professional Development (NCPD) credits are available for those completing the evaluation after the event.
